GMAD sounds in sound folder not allowed by whitelist

Hey fp community i was making a weapon addon with 3 sounds friendlyfire02 by coach and also adrenaline03 by ellis (obviously these sounds come from left for dead 2) but the last one is one i downloaded from youtube to mp3 then i switched it to a wav sound file just like the other two but i get this when i open gmad.bat (i went to the wiki and they said you could make a bat file and i didn't mess with the .bat code at all i just copied it and made it a .bat instead of a .txt) :Garry's Mod Addon Creator 1.1

The model was taken from game banana on the css side its a m249para skin its all in correctly i assume but the sounds are being whitelisted for some odd reason!
