If i've created an addon and sell it to a customer on PayPal, and if i'm scared that he is going to sell it again for more. Is there a way that i can do so he is not allowed to resell it.

If you are scared of people reselling your code, you have two options:
1) License your code with a proprietary license and make sure that you can back up your copyright claims later one, and issue copyright claims if that happens. Legal fuss, and you're probably going to end up looking like an asshole (this has happened in the past in the GMod scene).
2) Don't sell scripts.
There are, obviously, ways to obfuscate and 'protect' code, but in reality, all it does is just make it harder. As soon your code leaves your computer and ends up on another person's PC, there is little to nothing you can do to protect it. I would (and most people on this forum would as well) advise against it, since it is not worth it.
