First of all I am using darkrp.
I have a job called "Government Chief" TEAM_CHIEF and I want him to be able to demote 3 certain jobs only (TEAM_CLOAK, TEAM_POLICE, and TEAM_SHARP) via F4 menu if people in those jobs are griefing!!
I then want TEAM_PROPA to only be able to demote (TEAM_CHERE, and TEAM_FRED) via F4 menu if people in those jobs are griefing.

If you mean, being able to demote without voting then I reckon that's really dumb.
It can also be misused, the same argument as saying 'players' will abuse this job and that job, but except you're saying, 'let them abuse this job by allowing them to demote without voting'.
Leave it to voting, because then you can discuss it over /ooc.
It's not the player's job to demote other people for misuse of jobs, that's the administrators duty.
No, these jobs are the leader of the jobs that will be demoted via the F4 menu. My server is a serious RP server and the people taking the TEAM_PROPA and TEAM_CHIEF jobs must take a Chief test to show that they can handle the position and have the ability to demote.
I just want it so certain jobs can demote, like if they fail to follow their leaders orders, or blatantly disrespect their leader. Still looking for help on this. I hope I cleared this up
