After looking around the Garry's Mod Wiki and a bit of Google searching, I want to know if Garry's Mod is capable of renaming bones of a model through Lua in order to make it suitable to bonemerge with another model?
not through Lua, they're compiled into the .mdl, which isn't editable through Lua
That's unfortunate. I would've thought there was a way to let the engine believe two models have the same bones by being able to override the bone names.
