GMpu help getting textures and sounds working for other players

[Black Parade]

The map gets publish on to the workshop and everything works alright but when my textures and sounds wont show up for other players, only i can see and hear them

I'm using a vtf file and vtm file for my textures and .wav file for my sound. texture size is 512x 512x. I don't know what i'm doing wrong, if someone can help me that would be great!!!

(the notepad that is opened up is the destination of where the file is, I copied and paste it from the CSS material folder)
