Uploading to workshop - Compressing.. [265.7 MB] => Failed!

I'm trying to upload an addon to the workshop. It was too big so I split it into 3 parts. However I can't upload it, it says Compressing.. [265.7 MB] => Failed!. I have heard size limit is 300mb so I have no idea why that wouldn't work.
What am I doing wrong?
(Also did I post this in the wrong place?)

I think it's because its too big, but I thought the limit was 300mb

I've definitely exceeded 200 MB, but not much further; I'm thinking it's somewhere between 210 and 220, since that was the difference between my NMRIH ports uploading and failing.

Its 200mb compressed, he is failing the compression stage, either he runs out of RAM or the .exe hits its RAM usage limit.
