How would I go about testing administrative scripts within an underpopulated server? I have no other players besides me. Thanks to anyone who could help :) PS - I know that I can spawn bots, however, I need a player who can speak. I tried bot_sendcmd "say @hey" however, it failed to work as expected.

I'm guessing you mean simply run Garry's Mod while running another client. However, I'm not sure Steam allows that.
