Hello, I dont know in which forum this should go but.. I guess I´ll post it here.

(There are no errors in console)(the server has TFA shared textures, TFA SV, TFA Star Wars Mega SWEP)

Looks like a missing blood particle or possibly an impact effect.
And how could I fix this?
Check console for the missing material. Make sure you're sending all content to the client.
