Trying to install a Gmod Server

I get this error after doing login anonymous

Then force_install_dir C:\Users\****\Desktop\GmodServer

Then app_update 4020 validate

I get this Error! App '4020' state is 0x602 after update job.

I have 713 GB out of 931 GB

Thats because you need to actually install app 4020 before trying to validate it.
