Problem setting the model of npc_fastzombie (T-Pose)

I'm trying to change the model of a npc_fastzombie to a playermodel but the npc does not move after that and is stuck in T-Pose.

No other model has the animations to make a fast zombie function, other than the actual fast zombie model.
