I have tried everything. Even my hosting service told me to come here. I have disabled HUD in disabled_defaults but when I join my server it continues to show. I added a custom HUD (aHUD) And it shows up, but the default one is showing over the top of it. Please help me it is driving me insane.

I did, but reading it doesn't do anything for my server. What do I do with the example, how does it help me?
Literally copying and pasting that into autorun/client lua file would fix your issue. By returning those values false, it is telling the game not to draw the default health/suit on the client.

Not until you have 50 posts. I would get in contact with the dev. His script [I]should[/I] take care of all that stuff for you. I don't know why he wouldn't.
i would suggest u download someone elses hud and then edit it, way easier
