Players crashing when a player in there general area fires physgun

Title basically explains all of it, the regular physgun crashes when it is fired around certain people. Is this to do with the gamemode or something wrong with Gmod as a whole?

I've recommended to all players to set their video settings to star and to use windowed borderless, is there anything that I can recommend they do?
