DarkRP Chat Command & Increasing Chat Character Limit

G'day, wondering if I could have some assistance with a couple of things.

First off, a DarkRP chat command. I need it to do a similar thing to /me but only it doesn't print the name at the beginning of the sentence. If you've ever played on an RP server with a /it command it's basically the same thing as that. I tried this myself by messing around with the /me command but ended up doing nothing good :(

And lastly I need a way to increase the character limit for the chat, I know it's possible as I've seen it done I am just not sure how and no amount of google searching or looking through files seems to help.

Do you want the /it to be in global chat or local chat?

Do you want the character limit to have a ellipsis ("...") or just stop them from talking if it's too long?

Character limit should have ellipsis.
