Well, my server for some reason is completely invisable. It isn't in LAN and it isn't on the Internet. My Console loads up just fine but nothing can see it.

If you are using Windows or such, there may be ports blocked. No idea on that to be very honest.
No, port forwarding is perfectly fine people were able to join. If that was the issue it would be in LAN.

The problem is that your local IP changed and you think that you're too cool to check your Port forwarding and make sure that the IP lines up. Stop being so rude to people that are trying to help you. You are being cancerous.

I think you are required to forward ports on your router. Also check that the ports aren't blocked.

Sorry that I run into a unexpected error and is seeking professional help. I should just throw my money at the computer to make all my problems disappear
You also need to make sure you're not using an .exe on linux, that's a very common problem that people have.
I personally recommend running Gentoo for GMod servers.

I agree, with recent versions of Windows, neural networks are implemented and advanced machine learning and checks the most used ports, and if any programs not recognized are using that ports or they are free the system closes them automatically so your computer is not infected by ransomware.
