I was wondering if there was a way to change the alternating color rows and columns on the default TTT scoreboard. I've messed with the scoreboard a bit (Only colors and removed rounded edges) but I wasn't sure how to remove this effect. I think your best bet is to play around with the following:

Located in: garrysmod/gamemodes/terrortown/gamemode/vgui/sb_row.lua
I recommend you keep a copy, and maybe overwrite this externally (Since a game update might replace this if you use the app_update's validate argument)
