I have the PERP gamemode, the latest one made with a Real Estate Mod/ Groups/Slot machines/ billboards.
It is under creative commons which means you are FREE to sue it as long as you dont claim onwership of it and try to profit off it. Aside from that you are allowed to run this on your server despite what people say.
If you're interested you MUST be experienced in LUA and server protection to get anywhere with it.
This is the best version that anyone has (that isnt PERP 2)
Most of the versions people have are missing files, don't work right or have backdoors.. this version has no backdoors and everything within the gamemode itself is stable
