This can't only be happening to me.

One of my first videos, leave critisism!
Dont render as mp4.
I shall render as PNG and put it into Virtual dub next time!
Not really a suggestion, more of an idea to punctuate the... idea of the video.
When he runs out into the garage, ignoring the Soldier, he gets pinned to the wall by a Huntsman?

Wait, I don't think that actors die like that in SFM... Ah, well. It was an idea.
You could animate that manually.

Umm, why not

.mov or image sequences work fine

I thought it only did so on the MPEG4 codec
I know the feeling. Especially when there are medics who follow the advice in the loading screen tips to the letter and refuse to heal anyone but the heavy, even though he's bottom of the leaderboard and there's low health soldiers and demomen screaming for medic around him.
I would be nice if the medic just brefily healed the soldier, like if you just klicked the mouse.
Theres a good tutorial on how to do medi-beam particles out there somewhere.
Really good otherwise, one might first think the camera angel wich was locked to the reloading running soldier was exaggerated, but I think it just potraits that he is injured. All-in-all theres some nice camera movment and angels throughout the video.
Cheers!

Is it possible for them to fix that, or is it just something we gotta live with?

Maybe valve may fix it, I think fiddling around with the codec may but I always export in .mov unless it's final render
