I noticed that :( i could edit it but i felt i would ruin the leg raising the foot up abit.

I knew he would get shot at the end! Nice job by the way! My complaint would be that the center of gravity on the sniper seems to be off in some parts of the video, because rightfully he should topple over in some shots. A great example would be as soon as the coloured lights come on. It looks like he is hanging on one of those stunt rigs used in films.
The actual animation looks like it originated from motion capture data, possibly recorded from the Microsoft Kinect?
Reminds me of me dancing while being drunk.
