Hehe, I lol'd. I can assume the trap is a custom model. The animation is really bloody smooth. How did you make the spotlight effect (all dark and only the light is bright)?

I just slapped [url=http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=72768]a texture from garrysmod.org[/url] on it, but I had to mess around with it since the author re-UV'd the model for some weird reason.
As for lighting, turn down the tonemapscale on your camera and mess with your lights a bunch.
Really well done! The spys facial animations are greate!
