Is it possible to combine a few sequebnce animation so they would go one after another?
Because whenever I select second seq it gets on top of another and there are no actual controls for that.
make a time selection in F3 mode?
do what max says to control when they happen (and blend them). if you want to get rid of what they were doing (probably the idle animation) then select the time you want to replace stuff with and replace it with the ref sequence. THEN add what sequence you really want.
also the playhead determines the time of the first frame when the import is done

Too bad they didn't make it as easy as it is in faceposer.
