Drag the bip_head on the Heavy to the bip_head on the hat.
Select the bip_head on the hat, drag the Zero preset, which is to the right of it, ALL the way to the right.
Congratulations, you have a hat.
Oh. I always thought he used the Screen move tool because he did not record the mouse.
