• WIP Improvement Thread

I had this idea to make a thread where people can come post their current projects, and get some criticism/suggestions/improvements from everyone else. I often see someone post a WIP, asking for what they can do to improve, and it is ignored. Maybe a thread where everyone is focused on helping eachother will combat this problem. The idea is, you are working on a project, and you make a quick render of it. You post it here, people tell you things you can add, remove, change, fix. I wish I had this thread before I released my latest video. It was only after it was rendered at full quality and uploaded on YouTube that someone pointed out the scout's dogtags. HOW TO POST YOUR VIDEO IN THIS THREAD 1) Render an MP4, with all post processing turned off. (This will make the video look ugly, but you will get it done quickly. Of course you can render it the way you want, I suggest doing it this way for speed.) 2) Upload to YouTube unlisted. (You can of course make it public if that floats your boat.) 3) tag it, and let us know what kind of help you want. HOW TO POST YOUR POSTER IN THIS THREAD 1) Render a poster like you normally would, as they don't take as long as videos. 2) Upload it to your favorite image host. 3) [t] tag it, and let us know what kind of help you want. So let's help eachother out! Post your Work in Progress, we'll spot out any problems and give our thoughts!
I'm just looking for general CnC. I'm probably going to remove the entire scout sequence. Edit: Also this: I'm not quite sure where to go with this. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?
In the first one, I think there were too many rapid camera changes. And the ones at 0:03 were kinda weird looking to be honest. The second one, perhaps smooth out the scouts hand animation. It also might look better with the scout closer to the sign.
In that second clip the visuals are a bit confusing, since in the first shot we see the road, but only the scout's hand. In the second shot we see the scout in full, but no road. So the impression I first got was the scout's body is facing the road, although he is looking down the road with his head turned. But this is wrong because in the first shot the sign appears to be further down the road from the scout, but in the second shot the sign is BEHIND the scout. That second shot needs to have at least a piece of the road visible for reference, since it's the relevant landmark(the scout is standing right at the edge of it).
