I found these strange vtfs in my SFM folder:

I found them in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\sourcefilmmaker\game\tf_movies\materials\overlays\temp_stills\scout_heli_rescue
I'm not sure how long they have been there but I thought it was interesting.
They're old Meet the Medic concepts.

Also, it seems I don't have this folder.
Testinglol showed us some of these a time ago.
I'm starting to feel more and more that this scene should have been in Meet the Medic, or that they should be in some future Valve video
