I really liked it! I found it a great laugh :) Just a question, how did you make the Dove bigger?

I found it a great laugh :) Just a question, how did you make the Dove bigger?[/QUOTE] Right-click the model in the Animation Set Editor, go to "Utilities" in the list, and select "Add scale to transform". From there, you'll be given a new entry under the model. When selected, a new slider should appear. What I do to scale, is double-click it, then type in a new value from there. You may need to readjust the bones to lock the model back again, because the process of scaling tends to move the model a little. If you only want to do this to certain parts of the model (i.e. Heavy's head), only do this for the "bip_head" bone. I believe the whole model can be scaled by adding the scaling control to a models "root_transform" bone.
