I am new to both steam and sfm. I have been able to download models and put them into sfm with no problem.
However, i noticed that when you press f11, you are transported into the TF game inside of SFM.
How do you mod the TF game inside of SFM. Example, I want to modify the scout character to look like a rainbow dash mod that I downloaded. How do i get that to show up in sfm.

it's probably best that you don't know.
I would assume that it's something you can't do. You'd need to animate the model using either sequences or custom animations, but as far as replacing the model you control with in-game TF2, I have no idea.
