The lip sync needs a lot of work.
Is that automatic lipsync?

Yes it is. I'm not very experienced with this program so editing each phoneme to make it realistic and good looking would take me hours.

I can't take a movie seriously when the spy looks like he's screaming every half second.
I really suggest looking into lipsyncing manually, it's worth it.

Take the plunge and give it a try, you'll be impressed at the difference it makes. Yeah it takes longer to do it manually, but it's a great learning experience in itself and all that time spent will make you better at animating everything else too.
Aside from that, I liked how you paid attention to things such as eye movement and breathing animation. Many people tend to overlook that.
This is pretty good, but it's more rewarding to manually lipsync.
