For some reason the video did not render the primary viewport properly-
When I move the camera on the primary viewport it blinks between the secondery viewport and the primary one
Try either creating a new camera or clearing out all the animation on the one you're using. It looks like it has animation on it before you started moving it.
I don't really see what the problem is. Looking at this video everything seems to be working as it should be.
