Already tried my luck on Steam forums with no answer.
So, is it possible to use env_wind? In my position, for rope swinging. If not, is there any other way to do it?
I really don't want to go as far as creating a model just to create a rope that swings...

I tested and it doesn't seem to work. The map does contain the env_wind entity but it won't affect anything. So it's not like physics props, they just get removed from the map.
Might be because env_wind is broken in TF2. At least I haven't seen maps really use it. I heard it's broken in GO too.
I imagine that it would be fairly complex to use, but if not, it could also be pretty useful
