Is it possible? You can change the shutter speed in the element viewer, but thats for all the time of the shot. Is it possible to create an slider for it?
It should be possible by assigning the shutterspeed (which is in progressive refinement in element viewer i think) to the orientation/position of a random unrendered or hidden prop/small model etc's animation set , then animate the orientation/position (which has turned into shutter speed value) using graph editor
If you're asking questions like this I suppose you'll also understand what the heck I'm talking about
See this thread, it's pretty much the same thingy you want to do, just different element instead of model color. Should work. http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1207260
Make sure you override shutter speed.
The only problem would be if exporting movie ?overrides? element viewer settings. Dunno, haven't tried.

That either doesn't work or i didn't do it correctly. Either way. Im probably going to render the scene twice. One with a normal shutter speed and an the other with an increased one. Then ill just fade them over each other in sony vegas.
