For the lazy.

Wow just the other day I commented on a video saying it was the worst SFM I had ever seen... I stand corrected.
It's allright for your first one, but I recommend to constantly ask for feedback to people, here in the forums or on steam, helps a bunch. But don't follow every opinion, try to combine feedback and write on a google doc or something, the important stuff you have to fix... Well, I leave you here. Nice video, and good luck.
What is the point of this thread? It's a 30 second animation of unedited TF2 soundclips, there's not much to it conceptually, not to a level where the "massively unfinished" version has much potential or value. I know exactly what the finished product is going to look like despite only having seen 10 seconds of it. Just make the damn video.
Such a video takes 6-8 minutes to 'make'. Generally you wouldn't want to ask anyone for feedback on something done under 10 minutes.

good video no
Well, it isn't the best, since it is your first video, but it is a start. Don't give up, but see if you can finish the video. The main thing with source filmmaker is to keep the momentum going. :downs: Try looking over a ton of tutorials if you aren't sure about certain things. There are many resources besides the ones that valve made on this site and youtube. Keep it up and you will be good at it with enough patience :D
here is an sfm section tip: if its your first video, dont post it in it's own thread here is another: if there is more black screen than animation, dont post it.
Buddy there's already a thread for this, please use that for now on instead of making your own.
