Help with Porting ragdoll from Saints Row 3, bones seems to be unique in Blender?

So I open the ragdoll in blender and it's skeleton thing uses tiny segments instead of giant triangle joints, does anyone know if these will also work for the ragdoll format for source?

It should work.
The "giant triangle joints" are only used in SFM itself and 3DS Max, it's just the way Blender represents bones in a model.
