Very impressive first project! I would suggest adding breathing animations to the character. Keep up the great work.

You can see it right when the camera first comes up to his face and stays still for a few seconds, but once it starts to pan its not noticeable, and when it stops panning that is where I screwed up and the animation was erased. I screwed up, I know, there was so many things I was trying to learn that it slipped past me. It was one of the first things I did on this project, now I know it should be one of the last things as to avoid forgetting about it. Good catch though, when I animated it I had people like you with the observation of details in mind, but I failed to follow through, I now have a better understanding of my priorities.
-snip because i totally didn't realize it was fixed-
How'd you fix the flexes on the HL2 citizen's eyes? Last I checked, no one can get them to work.
Sorry I'm not experienced enough yet to know what flexes are exactly. So are you saying people haven't been able to get the HL2 models to blink, move their eyebrows, move their eyes, or things like that?

Must've been some update. But yeah, originally Half Life 2 citizen's eyes couldn't shut.

In my first movie, at some points, I forgot to add breathing animations to the character. When I noticed it, I was very annoyed, but going back to add breathing animations would mean I would have to redo the entire animation again :suicide:

I don't think it will be too hard to add it in after doing the other animation, I'll try it next time I need it in there and see how difficult it is. I was sad that I can not make his eyes face two different directions though, I thought it would add so much more to this video. I could get them to part just a tad bit so he at least looked a little bit silly, I considered having them both aiming towards his nose when he first opened his eyes which the model seems to allow, but with that it just seemed like I would be trying too hard to make a joke.
