I am going to include everything I think should be changed. Not a toxicity post, just spilling my thoughts onto a page to receive feedback. Loot tables are way too random, hold too much irrelevant stuff that should probably be default, and usually leads to high risk low reward. Damage doesn't feel right, the game is advertised as a devastating world yet nakeds can take two head shots from a crossbow. Seriously? Road generation isn't executed well. They usually don't even cover half of the map leaving some parts completely useless, anyone who builds there are basically screwed. Anti sandbox in my opinion. Make nights work in relation to moon phases. They should be less devastating overall, although it's a survival game you shouldn't have to endure a 15 minute downtime. Fix the NVIDIA Hue glitch during night time. Keeping this in the game leads to a 50 percent of the player base in a massive disadvantage for 15 minutes. Revert the tiered system. Seems quite harsh but you did a great job on removing the king of the hill type Launch Site but then made two of the most desired monuments in the same place, re-introduced easy camping for groups. Fix the lighting in the game. Bases at night time shouldn't be emitting light from inside unless they're wood. They also shouldn't be emitting light through walls inside the base, make lighting more prevalent. Please add more options when it comes to basing. As a central place of operation you should be able to do whatever you want, including some sort of terraforming. You shouldn't be forced to have bushes clip through your base or dips in the ground leading to a fucked up foundation layout. (BUILDING 3.0) Completely remove any sort of Aimcone in the game. It ruins all types of skill players can have, and leads to an unfair pvp based game which feels like you've been cheated overall. Make most types of vanity structures default blueprints, the whole part of going outside is to find practical things which improve your gameplay, not table and bear rug blueprints. Experimentation in workbenches should be tweaked further. It seems like another option in the slot machine that is rust right now. Instead make it so you can lean your experiments towards things you actually want, research bodies in order to obtain a higher chance of getting a gun. Helicopters, Bradleys, Scientists?! All awesome. Amazing deterrents for roamers and campers. There should be more than these, even more powerful than these. In this game players seem to be the most scary thing, which doesn't feel right in a post apocalyptic environment. This could introduce more teamwork as well, something a survival could use well. Balance the gap between low tier and high tier weapons. Shotguns are currently the only things that bridge the gap well between low tier and high tier due to the potential of a one shot kill. Other than that there aren't very many options, a crossbow is good but extremely tedious and a revolver doesn't pack a punch at all compared to a P2. Perhaps a compound bow which is basically a bow and crossbow but rewards skill?
