I want prisoners dilemma snow. You pay 1 coin for an hour of 1 snowflake, however if someone clicks that snowflake, they receive the count hat paid for it. Everyone wants snow, and everyone wants coins, but which want is stronger.
This is why we can't have nice things.
This would just result in no snow. Those who want snow would pay the coins for it and then run out of coins. Those who don't want it or just want coins would click the snow. It's not even a dilemma, it's simply flawed from the get go.
