I've got a total of 800 hours on Rust and have never come across a lag problem with the game. I recently came back to the game after having a 3 week period brake, and I have not been able to play any server since, I either cant respawn when given the [Respawn Button] or I cant Wake up when given the [Press Any Button To Wake Up] only a couple of times I have been able to respawn or wake up and I have lagged out instantly but Haven't actually been kicked out of the server I'm on at the time. I jumped to the fact this could be due to internet issues but I'm really confused since every other application launched on my computer including (Discord, Chrome, YouTube , Spotify) has no problems during the time I lag on Rust. This problem has only occurred since I came back to playing Rust
