Hi, Im excited about the new game project RUIN, i am a big fans of Rust. My idea will be a passive area in map where people will be able to exchange stuff, instead of building store like in rust for example. People who have servers will be able to activate or desactivate that passive area but it can be a great add to the game mechanics since games like rust are pvp intense. The newb player in rust are not able to exchange with people, they get killed almost every time. Hope you will see my idea, happy developping i'll keep watching the developpement. Regards,
Great Idea. I think this is a good idea, there should be a civil place on the map where players can come together and develop groups / guilds, trade for items and make pacts with each other. I hope that the game does not have the hostility that Rust now has developed. -Toastaie
yeah +1 !! Also i hope to have vendors and action house to sell our stuff
All of this!
Passive castle or township / market place? should there be designated passive and aggressive sites stated on the map? I think this would be a good idea, having it stated means that players have a visual choice of where to engage. This also helps for players to decide where exactly to build ( bets fitting to there play type ). -Toastaie
non-pvp area would be nice or at least strong npc guards. the problem would occur if there would be one gate to safe zone. people often camp there and make slaughterhouse for newbies.
Agreed, camping will become a problem. Especially with players being out numbered

That place should have many gates to leave that place and maybe some road with gards near so it will be a lot harder to camp those ! or maybe some cargo that will start from the castle then take the road , people will be able to hide in thoses and leave at any time ! So no more camping possible
If you could destroy that to get to the player (I assume you would) players would already be doing that for loot.
I dont think those cargo should be easy to raid. It's should be pretty hard and people in the cargo can reply back or leave it at any time. Guess this is a good idea
