As I side not I really need to stop making scenes that require models that don't exist, there are only so many models that can substitute aircrew.
The artificial colour of the lamp you used really hurts the picture, not to mention the lighting itself has no depth and I'm hard-pressed to find legitimate shadows anywhere. Also, that compression makes me want to cry. You've got a really cool picture here (seriously loving the idea and the composition is done well enough), you just need to light it properly.
the lighting makes zero sense, which is a shame considering how nice this setting would look with proper lighting
Uh, looks good, I like the premise, Its not like amazingly lit and colored but I must be missing the part where you said it was. Unlike some others.

Yea, my lighting isn't the best, how would I improve it on this scene?
