Microphone not working in game but working when everyhere else (SEE DESCRIPTION)

My microphone is not working in game (When i hold X to speak my name appears but no audio comes out and no-one can hear me but when I go to Options>Voice>Test Mic it works but in game it does not! PLEASE HELP!!!

Bind your voice chat to an other button maybe or restart the game?

The command for re-binding your voice chat is "bind x +voicerecord" replace x with an other button and write in console voice_loopback 1 and then you can hear yourself speaking, if you don't then I think either the servers muted you or it's a problem with your input and output in GMod
