Like most fps games there should be, since some prefer it over 1st person. But I like playing either.
It would be exploited to see behind cover, so that's a big NO.
Then play something else.
Don't be mad because I'm correct and you know it.

Here's another one, you've earned it.
It works in a lot of games, and in those games it is enjoyable. But in rust or ruin, third person would cause nothing but trouble
If we ever add this, it would be a server setting.
