Some modeled railroad tracks would be enough, and leave the trains to content creators.
To be honest, I think thats more of an addon than something that will be in the game out of the box.
We already have tracks and trains in garry's mod and I think having this in the base game is useless.
So yeah, like Surasonic said, it's a job not for the developers.
