Hello, Im current a proud founder of a new gmod community. We have hit a major iceberg and are sinking rapidly. We are experiencing an error in which neither me, my dev or staff team know how to fix. We have received this error from ULX although we haven't touched any ULX Files. ULX Has also decided to make random groups which we have not added, Upon deleting them they reoccur once the server restarts.

Try reinstalling ulx (including ulib). Deleting the addon from the addons folder wont remove ranks etc due to its saved in the data folder so you should be safe when doing that.
Ive reinstalled several times and it does nothing.
It's possible that another addon might conflict with ulx / ulib then. Try to uninstall those addons that you added when the error message started to popup.
That traceback looks off. What addons do you have installed?
