I was playing in canada 1. yesterday i sent a video for proof of a man named "hackerman" hacking... today hezzy and holmzy got onto the canada 1 server. I was with my friend "zach.exe" near gas station a guy was shooting at zach with a revolver and zach killed him which i did not know so i killed zach. As zachs way back to grab his loot i see a car driving in front of me as i was trying to kill the guy behind zach with a spear. zach died and i turned around and saw a guy lotting his corpse. the man started to run and i killed him. then i saw a man flying towards me, i shot him 5 times, as he was right next to me. The next thing i know i was shot in the head and died link at top for proof. then i was game banned. I contacted hezzy and was told that i hacked in legacy so i am banned from ever playing again. This policy was not in the game rules when i purchased the game again... I have 770 hours in rust and was not banned with a real reason i have even seen hezzy and holmzy in game before on canada 1 and never has this came up. my friend zach questioned the authenticity on my ban and was told to "shut up" by holmzey i do not have proof of that chat though. All I want is to play rust. I do not cheat and there is no reason for me to be banned.

Unfortunately if it was Holmzy that banned you there is not much you can do about it. Best advice is to just move on.
I can say that if it were true that you were banned in Legacy, this means now that all of your accounts are banned using VAC. Sorry
but they cant do that there isnt any policy saying i cannot create a new steam account and buy it again. i paid for it again and have over 700 hours on the account and then holmzy joins and bans 3 or 4 people in server then teleports to me kills me then bans me? and then tells my friend to shut up or he will get banned too!!?? thats bull shit

you created a new steam account and played without cheating? Maybe you had some files from the cheat left on your pc?
No i didnt i factory wiped my pc i cheated like 3 or 4 years ago in legacy days.
You were banned by Holmzy but again as you stated it was because of Legacy. Now that ban is account wide
what are you talking about im on a totally different account i re bought the game after creating a brand new steam account
You really need to look into how Bans work with VAC and EAC.

Yes - but now they know you are the person who was banned. It isn't important what account you're using, if its you, its you who is banned.
But they cant do that because it doesnt state in a an official policy that you cannot create another account and play the game again. so it is illegal to do that
