A: Complete Format of your computer insuring no cheats or injections are found after doing so. This goes for other games as well. If you have a VAC ban playing another game & using cheats, it will be detected and games using VAC can and will Ban you as well. This is a very important step, if you ignore it you will keep getting the same results.
B: (Note* I could very well be mistaken on this end but I do remember something along the lines) Change your IP
C: Get a new Steam account
D: Re Purchase Rust
E: Most importantly...Don't cheat

Biggest step is dont be a cheater. Cheating shouldnt be met with a slap on the wrist. Im glad this is difficult for you. I hope it teaches you that you should never be a cheater.
