So i am playing on non-decay servers and this tip is so damn annoying.
It would be nice to make some option to hide tips. TIPS On/Off.

You just need to open the cupboard 10 times and it will not annoy you anymore

But as a server owner off the alert bar above the health bar as a server owner of servers with no upkeep?
