I am trying to host a server from my home, I believe I have properly forewarded my port, what else do I have to do to appear on the server list?
I want you to note the Rust AND Oxide statement on hosting servers:
Rust & Facepunch forums are not "How do I run my server" helpdesks.
If you don't know how to run your own server, then don't try it, there are already more than 1000 servers in the list.
Setting up your server and getting it online are the most basic things you need to know. If you already having problems with the first steps, then please stop running your own server.
I can help you how to set up your server.
I just put my ip and port 28035 (idk why this exactly) then run start.bat and YaY its on the sevrer list. I do not had to portforward because i am not behind router or other crazy stuff ;)
