The Menu bar on gmod won't show up when ever i start it

The menu bar wont just show up nothing no menu i can't even exit the game since theres no exit button alt f4 doesnt even work

Perhaps you have your resolutions all wrong, trying setting them to your displays original ones
in the launch options: -w yourwidth -h yourheight
