Offer for a system of progression, also about solo and clans

Only flaw I can see is people will just go the weapons route and farm people for the other things there missing. Didnt work on clothing? Use your ak and kill someone who has. Clothing and ak now. So forth and so on.
It will not be so simple to raid the farm wnen you hungry and with a bare ass, without armor. In addition, the farmer will also have weapons, enough guns to defend his buildings.
The main problem in Rust now is the surplus of all resources, the value is only scrap. All the shops sell things for scrap, no one buys them, because scrap is needed by everyone. There used to be sulfur, now scrap. Nobody will buy cloth or stone for other things, for example, for weapons, because this can be easily obtained by any player. Therefore, I think that if each resource is easily extracted only by someone who is professional in their field, then there will be more socialization and trade in Rust, the world will become more alive and interesting.
And when that farmer is outside the farm the ak guy will kill and steal his loot, once again to my point. the ak guy will have clothes and gun.
the farmer will not keep his harvest on the street or in the open.
If a naked guy without armor will walk with AK, there will be many who wish to get his weapons as well. Even a guy with a bow can do it with luck.
There are some nice mechanics in the picture! For me the most important thing is the right side. This would help to balance the gap between groups and solos. But the right side seems to be too hard for solos.
