I'm looking for a GOOD gmod server host based in the US or whom can host in the US with little ping from their side.
My caveats -
Crident: They host nowhere near where I live in the US and refuse to refill their US stock, otherwise I would use them.
NitrousNetworks: Every time I would login, my server would be in an "unknown" state and I had to contact support to fix it..
Your "BRAND NEW SERVER HOST" which (GENERATED_NAME_1) RECOMMENDS!!!! - I don't want to use anything that will shut down in a month and have my money stolen.
OVH - Look up gmod server host and the first/second result will have a thread on scriptfodder detailing why not to use it.
my personal recommendation would be https://kms-hosting.com/
they dont have presets for gmod servers or anything, so you gotta set everything up your self, however the performance and
the protection against ddos etc is pretty good. The owner is a nice guy aswell and always helped whenever I had a problem.
I would be fine with it if it wasn't european.
I use Afterburst and HostHatch with not too many issues.
