The whole model is fucked up, especially the vertex groups, I decided it was easier to make a new skeleton and vertex groups for it so it's taking a bit more than expected, it should be ready in 2 days if everything goes right, I won't say anything else because I plan something big for this model in particular, if it's such a big meme I want this model to be perfect but at the same time be the first.
