Require someone to assist me in not having a mental breakdown due to PHP

I'm currently expanding my knowledge in PHP and I would like if someone could provide assistance in regards to anything queries I may have.

I would prefer you to be have a similar timezone and I will discuss payment/trade in private.

I know a few people I could speak to anytime and they would be more than willing to assist me, but I don't like that because I [I]know[/I] I'm distracting them from more significant things.

Idle in some relevant IRC channels. There's loads of people who will help you for free.
Just make sure you read the man pages first, and don't get impatient if you don't get an answer within the first 5 seconds.
